Chapter 2

Workplace Conduct

At RESTO Athletic, we expect all employees to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. This chapter outlines the standards of behavior that help us maintain a positive, productive work environment.

Professionalism

We expect all employees to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. This includes treating colleagues, customers, and partners with courtesy and integrity. We have an open-door policy and encourage you to communicate openly with your manager and colleagues about any workplace issues.

Dress Code

Our dress code is business casual. We want you to be comfortable, but also to present a professional image. Please dress appropriately for your role and for meetings with customers or external partners.

Use of Company Property

Company property, including computers, software, and phones is provided for business purposes. While incidental personal use is generally permitted, employees must not use company property for illegal activities or in a way that violates company policy. The company will provide necessary equipment and supplies for in-office work. Any issues or requests should be reported to the IT department.

Tobacco, Drug, and Alcohol

Zero Tolerance
The use of tobacco products, illegal drugs, or alcohol on company property is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

For the well-being of all employees and visitors, the use of all forms of tobacco, including but not limited to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vapes, is strictly prohibited on all company property, including buildings, company-owned vehicles, and surrounding grounds.

Additionally, the use, possession, or influence of illegal drugs, unauthorized controlled substances, or alcohol is strictly prohibited during company time and on company property. Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

If you have any questions about what constitutes confidential information, or if you believe a disclosure may be necessary for business purposes, please consult your manager or Human Resources.

Conflict of Interest

A conflict of interest occurs when an employee's personal interests or relationships could potentially interfere with, or appear to interfere with, the best interests of RESTO Athletic. Our commitment to our customers and our team requires us to make business decisions based on what is best for the company, without influence from personal gain.

To ensure transparency and maintain trust, all employees are expected to avoid situations that could lead to a conflict of interest.
