Health Benefits
Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)
All full-time employees are eligible to participate in RESTO's HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement) plan. Please watch for an invitation to create an account with PeopleKeep, the HRA management system. Further details about what an HRA is, what expenses are eligible for reimbursement, etc. will be provided.
Direct Family Care
All full-time employees are eligible to receive a direct family care subscription, up to $75 in cost per month per employee. Eligible employees' spouses and children are eligible for coverage as well, and RESTO will cover up to $75 per month for each eligible family member.
Cell Phone Benefit
All full-time customer facing sales reps are eligible to receive a $50 per month cell phone stipend or a company-provided cell phone.
Simple IRA
All full-time employees are eligible to enroll in RESTO's Simple IRA. RESTO will match your contribution up to 3% of your annual income. Contributions are pre-tax dollars.
Example: If you earn $50,000 per year and contribute 3% of your annual income ($1,500), RESTO will match your contribution and add $1,500 to your Simple IRA.
RESTO partners with American Century for our Simple IRAs.
How to Enroll
- Fill out page 4 of the provided IRS form to agree to the salary reduction for the Simple IRA contributions and return the form to the payroll team ([email protected]).
